The deposit has not been released two weeks after returning the car, and there are unclear charges. The responsibilities are not clearly defined, making the customer very dissatisfied. Why is the cross-border fee so expensive without a clear standard?

Very poor attitude. They didn't explain where to return the car or mention any important details, gave no information at all. They only answered what was asked.
