Customer service at Europcar is very patient, and the pick-up and drop-off process is quick and easy.

Very poor attitude. They didn't explain where to return the car or mention any important details, gave no information at all. They only answered what was asked.

Service was average. The car had an empty fuel tank when picked up, and despite returning it with an extra 180 kilometers' worth of fuel, no mention was made of a refund.

Pickup and return were very convenient.

At the time of returning the car, they said everything was fine and did not mention any damage. Only after I returned to Taiwan, I received an email claiming there was damage and charged me 30,000. Their email responses were inconsistent. I will never use this company again.

I payed more than I thought. Also the counter in enterpreise told me the hole price with booking and insurance is 127 Euro, but I was surprised that I payed 118 Euro just for booking and 127 for insurance. As I called the enterprise to ask about that, who answered me was not friendly at all. And I did not get a ford, I got another type of care.

The same rental company requires a 48-hour interval to start a second booking. It's troublesome that Zuzuche didn't know this or have it controlled on the platform, especially in the middle of the night.
