The service was professional and straightforward, with a warm attitude. We booked a compact car but were upgraded to a Range Rover for free, which included a built-in navigation system that was very helpful for our trip. However, since we had never driven this type of car before, it would have been beneficial if someone could have given us a basic introduction to the unfamiliar vehicle, to help us drive it smoothly.
The car interior wasn’t clean enough. Everything other was perfect. The lady at the desk was extremely kind! Thank you!
