The car rental company refused to accept insurance from the credit card and kept persuading us to buy their insurance.

They changed our car model but didn't guide us to inspect the car. They just handed us the keys and told us to pick it up in the parking lot. Upon return, they pointed out an old, minor scratch and claimed it needed to be fixed. Also, they charged a 99 Euro pre-authorization for a full tank, but the car was marked as 4/8 full at pick-up and returned with 4/8, yet still charged the 99 Euros. This Hertz service was really poor.
