You can walk to the counter of Hertz - Roissy Cdg car rental.

Terminal T3 is closed. Customer arriving at T3 (TS and all charter companies) must go directly to the CDG Val Station, next to the hotels, exit at Terminal 1 and go to Gate 30 at the arrivals level. Customers arriving with the following airlines: AH-KC-AC-HM-TN-AA-BA-CX-LY-EY-ET-HU-WY-RJ-SE-SU-UU-AI-MD-KK-EK-E-GF-9W-SV-HY-JU-J2-B2-FB+OU-U2-9YM-T5-PS-JP-BT-KM-OS-OK-AY must go to Terminal 2c/2d level -1 "espace service" - FLIGHT NUMBER IS MANDATORY. Flight number or arrival Terminal mandatory for all reservations to apply Gold Service where customer is arriving by plane. If no flight details, please go to Terminal 2D. From 0400 to 0600, only terminal 2F is open. Terminal 2G is open Mo-Fr 0700-1800 1900-2200, Sa 0800-1100 1200-1700, Su 1100-1400 1500-2000.

    On returning the car at 9 am, there was only one lady at the check in counter inside the office. She was also the one that had to go out to check the vehicle conditions, the fuel used etc and can process 1 customer every 15 minutes or so. There were 6 people on line and you can estimate how long it took her. I almost missed my flight because of this!

    L'air conditionne de fonctionnait pas donc nous avons du revenir rendre la Renault Captur et en prendre une autre (une Fiat) qui s'est avere etre bien meilleure (air conditionne, carplay, camera arriere, consommation apparemment elevee et turning radius mauvaise pour une petite voiture). Donc au final c'etait plutot une bonne experience malgre le delais au depart.

    I called the agency’s number on the contract to change slightly my pick up and drop off times but the automated system had glitches and I couldn’t make the changes. I wasn’t able to talk to a person and it kept sending me back to the beginning of the choices and changing into French although I chose the English version. I kept wondering had I had a bigger problem if the costumer service would have solved it or not.

    The lady at the front desk in France was really nice and efficient. The first car we got was an Opel, but the trunk was too small. After mentioning it to the front desk, they swapped it for a Nissan, which was still small, but we didn't want to complain further, so we made do. So, don't pick up your car at 8 AM! It's very important. They tend to give you less desirable models first. My luggage, which was 26 and 22 inches, couldn't fit in the trunk, one had to be placed in the front seat.

    The whole car rental process was pretty good. The specific model I reserved wasn't available, so they offered a different car of the same class. However, I had to go to the garage to pick it up and wait. After a long wait, they finally found a car in the parking lot, which was the same model I reserved, a Golf, but it was a diesel TDI version. This car was really great, with quick acceleration and strong pull-back feeling. What surprised me the most was its incredible fuel efficiency; I only used one and a half tanks of fuel for 2051 kilometers, which is unbelievable!!! Additionally, returning the car was a bit troublesome mainly because the roads around Charles de Gaulle Airport are very complicated and almost made me dizzy. But I eventually found the rental return point, and the return process was simple and quick, so overall it was good.

    Everything else was great! I booked a Golf but they gave me a Renault Clio, which was nice! It felt great to drive! However, finding the return route in Rome was really tough. The garage is on the seventh floor of the parking lot with no signs at the entrance. I missed it and had to navigate a lot of one-way streets before finally finding my way back. So frustrating!

    The service attitude is acceptable, but the hidden fees are high. 1. The 20% tax is not mentioned in advance; 2. The provided GPS hasn't been updated for 31 months, some routes are not found, and some lead to wrong-way entries; 3. The GPS caused unnecessary detours, leading to exceeding the daily mileage limit, which is very high at 0.84 Euros per kilometer. It's outright robbery. Never using this company again.

    A very good company, but the wait time for picking up the car was too long. There was only one customer being served before me, and I waited for over 20 minutes. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait another 10 minutes at the parking garage. Previously, in the US, Hertz rental process was very quick. Is this a common issue in Europe? Nonetheless, the process was smooth, with no extra sales pitches.

    Long waiting time aside, they insisted on giving me an upgrade saying my two suitcases wouldn’t fit in the Fiat 500 I originally booked. They wouldn’t even let me check the car. Instead, they forced the upgrade and charged me an extra 25 Euros per day, claiming it was a good discount, which doubled my original cost. I had to accept it because I was in a hurry. I chose to return the car in downtown Paris. The train station is in an underground parking garage, but this was not mentioned on the document. I ended up driving around Paris streets several times.

    Firstly, the rental car counter at Paris airport is unbelievably slow; we waited a full hour and a half before it was our turn. Secondly, the counter staff didn't care about the car you reserved; they just kept pushing you to rent more expensive cars. We ended up with a car costing 1300 RMB per day. Finally, when we returned home, we were greeted with traffic fines totaling 3000 RMB, very frustrating!

    During return, the staff mentioned that the interior was not clean and there was sand. They asked for a 15 Euro cleaning fee or instructed us to go to a gas station to clean it before returning. There was no prior notice about this before renting, which felt quite unfair. Especially if you're rushing for a flight, you definitely can’t avoid the cleaning fee. Poor experience with this aspect of returning the car.

    We chose Hertz because we used it in the USA and had good experiences. This time, we booked a Renault. Initially, the staff said that since we didn’t provide our flight number, the car was still in the garage and suggested we take another car from the lot for an additional fee. We decided to wait for our booked Renault, which we had already fully paid for. The wait was not long, and the car was nearly new, diesel-powered, with good performance. Returning the car at the airport was very convenient with no delays. Highly recommended.

    The car was not full of gas when picked up. I took photos and asked the staff to verify and record it. When returning the car, I left more than nearly one tank of gas, but was still charged for a full tank after returning to my country.     I will never rent from this company or its affiliated H company again! Poor car condition, poor service! Thrifty staff left immediately after handing over the keys without confirming with us. When we asked her questions, she told us to queue up again. We asked other staff from the same company, and they completely ignored us. Due to many scratches on the car, we needed confirmation, but had to queue again. The final solution was merely adding scratch marks on paper, no car replacement, claiming it was already printed (this is not our problem). They even forgot to give us the pass card, leaving us confused at the exit gate and blocking other cars. We had to go back and ask for the card, wasting a lot of time. Shortly after leaving, a tire pressure monitor issue popped up on the dashboard. Contacting the rental company, no one answered; Rentz’s response was to call the police first for support. Additionally, the return location on the confirmation sheet was just the Paris office, not the actual return spot. This place had no parking. We had to park far away and walk 1.3 kilometers to the office to ask, only to be told the correct drop-off location and procedure. During this time, no one answered calls to customer service, wasting nearly an hour driving around Paris looking for a spot. Thankfully, we reached the office before they closed, or else we would have had to return the car the next day.

    To avoid renting a 5 2 small 7-seater MPV, I specifically chose one of the only two large MPVs on the ZuZuCar website offered by Hertz (Citroen Spacetourer manual or similar). But at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 when signing the rental contract, I was given a Volkswagen Sharan (UH60 BB VW SHARAN GPS BVA), a typical 5 2 7-seater, which can't fit five 20-inch suitcases when seating five adults and a child. After repeatedly requesting a larger model, they said there were none available, and the only option was to pay more for a 9-seater. Looking at Hertz's model card on-site, the I group doesn't even have the Sharan. Is this compact 5 2 MPV really what ZuZuCar considers a large MPV?

    During the rental period, the car key was stolen in a different city. The rental company demanded a 350-euro fine. Their internal processes were very slow, which delayed the delivery of the spare key. It took a full four days to send the key from Paris to Paris, delaying the return of the car. This caused the contract to expire before the car could be returned, and they charged a high extension fee of 129 euros per day for six days. Very unreliable.

    Awful rental company. When we picked up the car, the fuel gauge was at 2/8. The staff even wrote down this amount in their records and told us to return it with the same fuel level. When returning the car, we specifically mentioned the fuel level to the staff, and they said it was okay. Now they want to charge us a high fee for not filling up the tank. Absolutely outrageous! Such companies should be boycotted! They try every possible way to extract money from customers, having no conscience at all!

    We believe we were DOWN graded as we ordered Peugeot 2008 and got Seat Arena. Really disappointing car. Also the seat belt buckle was not working properly. We thought of changing the route to replace the car but we found a work around solution. Also the car made some strange noises. Also the waiting time in at the pick-up was very long.
