This car rental experience was okay. The rules at different locations vary, and QEEQ did not show this, so we had to discuss it in person at the store. Some experience and language skills are necessary.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.
