Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

This time I rented a car at Salt Lake City Airport to visit Yellowstone for a week. I booked a mid-size SUV and got a Chevrolet EQUINOX at pickup. The car is quite large, comparable to a Highlander. Even though I couldn't choose, I was quite satisfied as the odometer showed only over 3000 miles. Drove around Yellowstone for a week, and the car was in good condition with excellent performance on overtaking. A $75 deposit was held at pickup. Returning the car was very convenient, just drove to the airport garage, a young lady came to inspect, scanned the barcode, and printed the receipt. I had refueled before returning, and the deposit was refunded immediately. Overall, the experience was very convenient, the car was in good condition, and QEEQ's website was very user-friendly with prices cheaper than booking directly on US sites, highly recommend.
