Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.

The car rental process was smooth, and no additional insurance was suggested.

When picking up the car, I was allowed to choose freely. I saw a Corolla and asked if it was okay. The staff said it was. It felt like an upgrade. Very happy.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
