Although the car model was reserved in advance, we were informed upon arrival that it was unavailable. They provided their so-called equivalent model, which had a significantly different price on the QEEQ platform. If unsatisfied, the only option was to upgrade by paying more, which felt like a forced purchase.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
