At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
They only symbolically pushed the GPS option during pick-up, the rest was hard to understand. I went to the designated location to get the car. During return, they only checked the fuel gauge and took the keys.
