I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

The service was good and the procedures were simple. But at the counter, the staff added an extra $15 per day for insurance. The car was new and had only 1200 miles on it.
