The rental company didn't meet us at the airport, and the staff who answered the phone at night didn't speak English. PigCar customer service didn't resolve the issue, and we waited for an hour in vain. They said the car would be delivered to our hotel later, but it never arrived. We had to stay at the airport hotel Orty Hotel for the night. The next morning, we finally got hold of someone who spoke English, and the car was delivered to the hotel at 11 am, affecting our plans for the second day.

Communication was difficult due to language barriers, which wasted time. We also had to pay an additional fee for a diesel car.

They forced us to buy a Turkish highway toll pass for 100 lira, but other rental users said they weren't charged this fee. We chose to return the car in the city, but the return location given was very far from the city, and we were charged an additional fee for returning the car at a different location.
