The service staff were not very polite. The requested Jeep was not provided and I was randomly given another car. Upon returning the car, I had to wait a while before someone attended to me. Despite having refueled the car at the airport gas station before returning it, I was still charged extra without any explanation.

Completely lacked any sense of service.

The service attitude was great, and the car I rented was a brand new GMC.

When I suddenly realized that I didn't bring my driver's license from home, I was glad I had arranged for a notarized copy beforehand, as advised. The staff was responsible and called the manager to verify my documents, while reminding us to drive carefully. The car we reserved wasn't available, but we got an upgrade for an additional fee. Overall, the process was quite satisfactory. Returning the car was quick.

High efficiency and good attitude. A lost Leica camera was picked up by the staff and returned intact. Additionally, requests for vehicle changes were readily accommodated.
