Qeeq is easy to use and Alamo was great.

Car was good, quite a small fuel tank though so needed to fill up a couple of times. Air conditioning and cruise control worked well.

We rented the Alamo car through National. That was a bit confusing and the communications was poor.

The car met expectations, the customer service was flawless, very friendly and helpful, I could not have asked for a better hire car experience

The booking platform was easy to navigate and a welcome change, price drop didn't offer any benefit on this occasion though remain more than happy with the overall experience

Like: New car, excellent service, friendly staff, clean car
Dislike: Nil

Like: The staff member was friendly and explained things clearly and helped with a map knowing we had never been there before. We got a free upgrade due to the car we booked not being available - better than expected!
Dislike: Got a bit confused on refilling the petrol as the paperwork was not clear in showing the car was unleaded - so had to ask petrol station staff for help.
