Great service

Hertz has a counter right at the T2 exit. Initially, there was no one there, and we almost got lost. Fortunately, someone arrived after a while. Service was acceptable; people in Sydney generally aren't very enthusiastic, maybe it's just how city folks are. We had to walk around a bit to find the pickup spot; without guidance, it wasn't very convenient.

The reserved branch closed at noon, causing me to make several trips before I could get the car from another branch.

Called 0736224500 and had to wait a long time for an answer. Accidentally left a purple water bottle in the car but they said they couldn't find it.

I am very satisfied with the service of Hertz car rental company. We rented three cars in total, all the same model and in good condition. Our one-week self-driving trip was comfortable and memorable. The process of picking up and returning the car was convenient, fast, and smooth. The staff was proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive, fully demonstrating high-quality service. Highly recommended!

The car we received was different from what we booked. We originally booked an SUV Nissan Qashqai (I even provided them with a copy of the rental agreement), but upon pickup, we were given an SUV Hyundai ix35 with several scratches. When we mentioned this to the Hertz staff, they said it was the same category (SUV) so it's fine. However, there was already an SUV Nissan Qashqai nearby. Since it was late, we didn't want to argue further. We hope Hertz can improve on this.
