Great experience

The vehicle's compatibility with mobile devices and the connectivity of the associated application were unsatisfactory. Tesla's functionalities are predominantly managed through a mobile device and Avis didn't accept to add me as a driver.

Fraud. The rental company didn't provide a pickup truck but gave a green JEEP SUV. The local company explained that QEEQ placed an order with a 'G' model, but they only have models labeled A, B, C, D and don't know what 'G' is. Their company doesn't have pickup trucks. There is no QEEQ customer service phone in Canada, and the domestic number is unreachable. Issues can't be resolved, no refunds, no complaints possible!

As a large North American rental car company, the service staff's proficiency was lacking. There were only two people at the front desk, which led to long queues for picking up cars. My appointment to pick up the car was at 10 a.m., and I started queuing at 9:40 a.m. At 10:15 a.m., I was told that the car I had reserved was not available and I could either cancel and go to another rental company or wait. I chose to wait, although there was no guarantee of when the car would be ready—possibly 11 a.m. or even longer. I wanted to ask the service staff why such a situation occurred and whether this was Avis's standard of service, but to avoid further complications, I opted to wait. I received the car at 11 a.m., an hour later than planned. Instead of the reserved GMC Yukon, I got a Tahoe, and the service staff did not inform me in advance. Despite my frustration, I set off. As a result, I hit peak holiday traffic and was stuck in long jams, which left me feeling quite annoyed. I reached my destination late at night with a completely different impression of Avis.

Very friendly attitude, high efficiency, short waiting time. The reserved car model wasn't available, so they replaced it with a Toyota Camry, which was in great condition.

Excellent service, the car was very new, they upgraded the model automatically. The only difficulty was entering the navigation.
