Very good, the receptionist was very nice. There weren't many people at the store. Booked a Corolla but got a Camry, with only six thousand miles, pretty new.
My husband picked up the car, which seemed to take a lot of time, over an hour. It wasn't a full tank as described on the rental website; we had to fill it up there. Returning the car was very convenient, just hand over the key to the service desk. Although we bought full insurance, they tried to sell us an additional rescue insurance for 6 yuan per day.
