Excellent experience. I'll definitely hire a vehicle again.

The car was as expected but the counter staff were not. They tried to push me into extra insurance. Which I didn't need and indicated I could not get the car unless I agreed to the insurance. After I contacted customer service it was resolved. Not what you need after a 12 hour flight and need to make an appointment.

Counter staff were very efficient and helpful. Car was perfect , however the widescreen wipers were on their last legs and it was dangerous driving . These should have been seen to before left for hire

Customer service at pickup was dreadful. Wasted over an hour. Tyre pressure warning after driving for 10 minutes, had to deal with this myself after ringing the incident line. Not a good experience and have registered a complaint.

Car wasnt what i wanted. Only similarity was that it was an suv. Really should be able to give you a choice if the one you want isn't available especially as i had booked over a week in advance. I rang up the first day to say that i would be late picking up the car. The phone was answered but no one spoke but you could hear them having a conversation so not good customer care really
