Staff pretty clueless but luckily the manager was there and he was on top of things

The staff was friendly, and the car return was convenient.

We encountered a very rude store service employee who had a terrible attitude. He clearly had cars available but refused to rent one to us, making us wait for an hour until another supervisor-like person came to assist us. During this time, we could hear him mumbling about wanting Thanksgiving off.

Very nice, we met an unconventional rental manager who processed our rental right in the parking lot. It took only five minutes from arrival to getting the car, saving us from waiting in line at the store.

Very helpful counter staff at the Herz agency. Staff for the drop off was also friendly and helpful.
