In la paz airport thereis no Alamo office outside the airport and I was given no instructions on how to return the vehicle. I had to ask the guys at Avis who told me to park at the car park and go to the office inside the terminal. I did this, and the lady at the Alamo office inside the terminal told me that I had to pay for the parking...
Clean van, every thing worked really well. We reserved a few weeks in advance but it took us about 45 to get our van. This delay could have been avoided.
The car was a bit smaller than we expected, but it did the job for us. Alamo's service was absolutely fine, no issues whatsoever.
