When picking up the car in a dark underground garage on level 2 or 3, it was hard to see the car clearly. As a result, I did not notice some tiny chips in the paint. When dropping off the car in a well-lit outdoor area, the staff pointed out a small paint chip and blamed it on me. I am very sure there was no collision or scraping in that area. This made the return process very unpleasant.

Compared to North America, it's just okay. Most cars in Europe are diesel, which is common knowledge for the locals, so they might not emphasize it. For us, the same brand often wouldn't be expected to run on diesel. If there's a breakdown, support from European companies is virtually non-existent.

The ENTERPRISE location was closed, so I can't really rate it. They directed me to MEGADRIVE instead. The staff was friendly. However, the booking details were different from what was reserved online in my home country. The prepaid fees were not recognized. The insurance I purchased domestically was also not acknowledged, and they threatened that it would be invalid. The queue was quite lengthy. Other than that, it was alright.

There were no Mercedes cars... so we had to switch to a Nissan SUV after some negotiation. I didn't really want to switch, but there was no other option... it was disappointing. Also, we had booked to pick up the car at 1 PM, but we arrived at 11 AM and were told we couldn’t pick it up. So, we had to wait for an hour and a half before we could start the process.
