Helpfulness of staff, and easy location near airports, means we will defiantly use July again, on our next trip! Also, not all other hire companies offered different pick up/drop off locations!
Only minor niggle, although the inside/outside of the car was clean, the inside of the windscreen was dirty, which only became apparent as night fell!
When booking, we booked a compact car, the cars shown were a Hyundai, Toyota or something similar. We got nothing at all like advertised. The car assigned to us was a Toyota Corolla, nothing compact about it. It was in a terrible condition, scratched, dented and dirty, not even bird poo was cleaned of the windscreen. We complained bitterly and were then offered a slightly later model Corolla but still a very old car with numerous dents, scratches etc but cleaner (they did have to clean it before we drove it away).
Will we use you again? A definite no.
“QEEQ have been very good throughout my time in AUS and NZ.”

Long time to pick up. Had to return to change car as passenger seat was very dirty and sweat stained.
Drop off was out of hours so no issues.

Booking platform was good however with another hire in NZ we have had an additional charge of £60 from Avis for no reason. I will pick this up with QEEQ separately on my return to the UK.
While allowing for low cost rentals by using old cars with high odometer readings might sound good, but in the final analysis, not such a good idea, especially for longer rentals of 3 weeks like we had
Cars a little on the older side with plenty of scrapes and chips. First car broke down before leaving the depot. Second car had an electrical fault resulting in a total loss of all electrics and motive power on two occasions. A bit worrying to say the least in the middle of the night. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff vert friendly and helpful so overall I'm not complaining.

No adverse comments, booking system seemed to work fine... car was waiting there for me as you would expect, so all good.
Car was very delapidated, it was scruffy and marked inside. We couldn't see out of the rear window because of damage to the window. It had done 350,000 km so we were a bit nervous when driving in extreme heat a long way off the main roads.
Being so old it had no phone charger, air conditioning was very poor.
Certainly would not recommend this vehicle! Was not the vehicle advertised on line.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
