非常に使いやすくかった。 昨年、イタリアでレンタカーを借りた際には、酷い目にあったが、今回は、快適だった。

Very satisfied with the overall service. The queue time was short, they gave us an almost brand new Citroën C4, and there was no pressure to buy insurance. Both the pickup and drop-off processes were very efficient.

Like: The staff who showed us to our car was very patient and explained the features of our car very thoroughly. Great service!

Long story I won't bore you with but another rental agency reneged on a booking at 10am on a Saturday morning out in the sticks in Avignon leaving me with 2 hours max to arrange another booking and get to the new location. Enterprise not only took the booking instantly but even shuffled their existing bookings around to give me the smaller van I needed. Not super cheap but in the circumstances worth every penny. Thanks team, you saved the cycling holiday of 3 people.

It was quick in an emergency.

The process for picking up and returning the car was simple and fast.

Happy with the car. Picking up was a bit slow but this was because the car turned up late from the previous customer. Only thing I wasn't totally happy with was while checking the car before driving away I was asked again about what insurance I'd taken out. I thought I'd sorted that at the desk not to be questioned in the car park.

All fine, only issues I had was because of my lack of computer knowledge
