Car was smaller than we expected. A Fiat 500. Everything else was fine.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
I only have great things to say about them. They promptly answered all my questions and provided accurate and helpful advice. I do not receive such good service from others. I strongly recommend them.
The staff were very professional and helpful. I had an issue with the van size, however Mr. Musa sorted it out professionally. Also, I would like to thank to Mr. Michael Collins who also helped me out. Moreover, all the staffs at the Enterprise branch was very polite and genuine helpful. I would recommend all of my family and friends to hire their vehicle from Enterprise. Lastly, a very special thanks to Musa again.
“terrible service from Enterprise at Glasgow airport....”
About Enterprise:5.3/10
Enterprise were terrible. queued for well over an hour at the checkin desk, then another hour waiting for the car, only to be eventually told that they didn't have a car for us at all. We booked a full sized van, but ended agreeing to take a medium sized vehicle as that was all they had left. we could barely fit out luggage in and had a very cramped and unpleasant onward journey. they weren't able to give us a refund as we had already pre paid. so we paid £550 for a £300 vehicle.... not at all happy.
The car they provided was very poor. I originally booked a Ford Focus, which is supposed to be a large compact car, but they gave me a Kia Venga, which is significantly smaller and only qualifies as a compact car. When I asked the rental company about it, they said both are considered the same category despite the obvious size difference. The car was very dirty; it had been washed outside but had a lot of dust and trash inside. Additionally, the fuel tank was not full when I picked it up, and they didn't refund the extra fuel I returned with. The garage was underground without an elevator, so you either have to walk a long distance or take the stairs, making it inconvenient if you have large luggage. Also, unlike other rental companies that pre-authorize a deposit, they actually charge the money and then refund it when you return the car.
