At the site, they said the car could fit two suitcases, but the car we got had a short trunk and couldn't fit two. It was a bit disappointing.

They said just to follow the contract when handling the insurance, so there were no issues.

Dislike: You order one car and get another... car was not prepared on time...

The tire was damaged, and they left us stranded from 7 PM to 12 AM. They claimed they would help us, replace the car, but in the end, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel at 1 AM. How is a company like this still allowed to operate? Are they aiding and abetting criminals? Moreover, we deposited 750 euros as a guarantee, and today we received a bill charging us around 480 euros for reasons we can't understand. This is more expensive than the rental itself, which we had already paid for in advance! I hope zuzuche can explain why they list such dubious companies.

The car matched the reservation, the staff did not try to sell insurance, and they were very friendly. When returning the car, the staff proactively came out for inspection with a smile the whole time. They even helpfully pointed out the way to the terminal. Very nice service.

The car was a very small fiaT not Fiat Panda and I had to pay extra 150 euro to get a bigger car!!! I though I reserved an economy car with more space

Adding an additional driver costs €20 (excluding taxes), pre-authorization is released 30 days after the car is returned.

Service was acceptable, but the actual car provided was too small, despite the same price.

The car we ordered wasn't available, nor a similar sized car. We ended up squeezing into a smaller car.

We had navigation in the car and that was very helpful. The car was great on mileage. Smooth ride.

All worked out great. We did rent two cars and it was a breeze.

The service was excellent, there was no waiting time, and the airport counter process was swift. We picked up the car at the parking lot where staff greeted us and there was also a service desk available. So, even if there were any issues during pickup, we could address them immediately.

Car the company wanted to give me was very small (Mercedes CLA) and - as far as I can tell - is not even in the category i rented. But for small additional payment I got a premium vehicle, which was fair.
