The service was excellent, there was no waiting time, and the airport counter process was swift. We picked up the car at the parking lot where staff greeted us and there was also a service desk available. So, even if there were any issues during pickup, we could address them immediately.
We booked the car for 13:30 but had to wait an hour until 14:30 to get it. Additionally, even though the fuel tank was full, one bar dropped after driving less than ten kilometers. However, since we returned the car earlier than planned and were only charged for the 5 days we used it, and not the full 21 days as per our contract, they refunded the extra fees. So, I can give an additional point for that.
