Very easy to deal with, everything went smoothly apart from directions to pick up point, should say once out of the airport go straight across the road and through undercover walkway, not just follow undercover walkway as this goes to the right as well.

The condition of the car was great, and the service was excellent.

Someone picks you up at the airport, the store is a three-minute drive away, and the service is excellent.

They proactively picked us up at the airport. The process was simple, explanations were clear, and the vehicle was clean and tidy.

Renting a car was very convenient!

Like: Friendly and chatty staff - nice relaxed and efficient atmosphere. Reassuringly clean office and vehicles.
Dislike: Don't like the insurance up-sell. Not sure if the vehicle was limited to North Island use only. Didn't matter on this trip as only intended to stay on North Island - just not sure what the implication would have been if we wanted/had time to visit South Island.

Like: The vehicle new, clean and had very low milage on the tachometer.
Dislike: Nothing

Credit Card blocked up with excessive insurance excess hold. Told it will take unto ten day for the block to be removed

Very good customer service. They waited until we completed the booking even it was after work hour.

Very easy to search and use.

Foreign company, though I couldn't understand everything.
