Everything is good but please allow me to correct the English in your question. “exceed” should be used following “Did”. Counter “staff” not “stuff”.

Hawk is very accommodating in arranging the allowing me to leave the car at my hotel upon check out.

I did not fulfill the contract because they demanded an extra payment of about 74 MYR, without clear explanation. QEEQ's order listed it as 'other' without specifying the amount, which did not match the quoted price on the website. Extending the rental period costs 250 MYR per day. The agent who delivered the car was local and communication was impossible. Renting in the city costs only 85 MYR per day. Do not rent from QEEQ. I accept forfeiting my deposit; this is trash.

So far everything is smooth and the process is simple.

Courteous, convenient pick-up and drop-off

Waited for a while during pick up as the counter is empty, the staff shares that my booking in their list was at 12pm but I stated 1130am and provide my flight detail. They are also unaware of my request for a child seat. So if the pick up is on time and with the childseat attached, it will be prefect.

Overall booking is smooth and received confirmation the next day.

Great and Easy

Easy to find the counter as it located in terminal. Speedy pick up and drop off process, less than 10 minutes. Book for honda city but upgraded to new Honda civic without additional charge. Car condition is new but abit dusty inside, overall good performance.

The car condition is very poor. The car service light is on, car tyres a bit flat (i need to pump myself into petrol station) and breakpad is gone.

Like: The person who helped me is called Sunny. He know my need and provided sufficient help!
Dislike: The car Almera I rented not that enough power and the tires not enough air. But everything seems good to me.

Customer service is inefficient. To pick up the car, you have to send a screenshot of the order to an email, and it has to be in PDF format. The car had three-quarters of a tank, but after driving just 2 kilometers, it dropped one bar. The customer service guy never smiled and seemed very impatient. It was a terrible experience.

Like: cheapest price and the car was in the good condition
Dislike: pickup time is slow. we waited for almost 20mins because the lane for pickup was always full of people

The vehicle used to vibrate when brakes were applied at a speed of 80kmph or more. Other than that, all was perfect.
