Recibí un auto del año con 16.000 km en excelente estado. El único detalle fue que no logré regular la intensidad del tablero de instrumentos para verlo mejor durante el día.

Primero que todo felicitar a la srta Rosa por toda su amabilidad y disposición para solucionar el inconveniente que nos encontramos al momento de retirar el vehículo ya que este no se encontraba y posterior a eso su compromiso y ayuda para resolver un impasse con el vehículo al momento de quedar en pane por un problema del conector a la batería... solo felicitaciones para ella y muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra experiencia con easyrentacar una experiencia bastante grata y 100% recomendable

Very good car and service from Europcar Balmaceda, friendly staff at the pickup counter in the airport terminal, staff also spoke little english wich was very helpful due to our limited spanish skills.

Excellent experience, the staff at the store spoke great English, making communication easy. They also provided valuable self-drive route information.

Europcar have a useful, private car park at Balmaceda airport so that you can avoid paying parking charges. The car we rented was in good shape and did the job we wanted very well. The only issue they have is that the lines for picking up or returning cars can get a bit long when a flight has just arrived or is shortly to depart so give yourself plenty of time to complete these procedures.

The only complaint I have is that the tires were in just so and so condition and we ended up with a flat tire. Luckily it was close to the airport as there are no gas stations by the airport. The closest gas station is 1 hr away in Coyhaigue or 3.5 hrs in Puerto Rio Tranquilo. Europcar was excellent and covered the cost of the tire no questions asked.

Quick and easy. For this location a recommendation to book and AWD or 4x4 if going to Puerto Tranquilo would be helpful.

Great car for what we needed. Bigger than I expected. They could have helped a little more with advice on making mirror adjustments etc.

The physical condition of the car contained many small dents and scrapes but the interior was mint. Windshield and tires were in extremely good condition. The front counter staff were fun and set everything up swiftly and released the car with ease. I would rent using Europcar again without question.
