When we arrived the fuel tank was 7/8, so we asked to the person who was there. He said is not a problem, sadly despite we complete the fuel tank before the drop off the tank was 7/8. But in that city there isn't any gasoline near to the airport. We show the receipt from the gas station the time, but they refuse to receive, so they charge me almost everything I paid few minutes before in gas station.

Terrible car rental service. Due to a flight delay, I contacted the rental platform 4 hours in advance to delay the car pickup. When I arrived at Kamala Airport around 2:30 PM, the place was deserted. Other car rental companies had staff, but this one was completely empty. The posted contact number went unanswered, and I had to keep contacting the platform. The platform informed me that they had been unable to reach the rental company for the past 4 hours. After a long flight of more than ten hours, I had to wait at the car rental counter for over 2 hours and still didn't get the car. To make matters worse, the rental company and the platform delayed the refund process endlessly. This is beyond terrible.
