Easy booking process. The address of where to pick up the car was not on the follow up emails, just said Leeds downtown.
The lady who did the collection and drop off was fabulous. Friendly, positive and really helpful. Before my collection she dealt with an aggressive and awkward customer very professionally and gave a great impression of the company. She is a real asset.

They were honest and very apologetic about the whole thing i wasn't in a rush at all but i can not fault the staff at all they were honest with me i can not for more than that.

The car was excellent good cruise control drive very well I loved it but it was not washed up .. it was dirty when I pick it up . And due to running out it time I couldn’t wait for another hour to be cleaned☹️So really disappointed on that but otherwise I loved driving the car .. superb!

I've used Europcar in the past and they've been great. Had no issues at all with them. The Staff were very helpful, even though they were very busy on the day of my collection. The vehicle was in good condition inside and out. Again no issues, would definitely use them again.

This was my first experience booking on the App. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Easy to follow and great value for money.
The store unilaterally informed us that all seven-seater cars were rented out when we arrived to pick up the car. The staff said they didn't know my contact information, so they didn't contact me in advance. We waited for three hours to get a seven-seater, which delayed our subsequent schedule, and we received no compensation.
The staff's attitude was acceptable, but they didn't review our order carefully. Since we are over 60 and don't understand foreign languages, the staff used a translation app on their phone to try and upsell us to a larger car with additional costs. We were bewildered because our reservation clearly specified the car model, and they had the car, yet they wanted us to upgrade? We were confused and didn't accept the offer. Eventually, they gave us a car completely different from what we had reserved. We were supposed to get a manual, five-seater, four-door small car, but instead, we got a two-door, four-seater micro car. This caused many problems for our trip. With a 1.2L engine, it couldn't handle steep hills, and passengers had to get out and walk. With three of us traveling, getting in and out of the car was very inconvenient. This trip was really disappointing. Within two hours of renting the car, we realized it didn't match our reservation. As we couldn't return to the rental office, we called QEEQ to raise our concerns, but they haven't resolved it yet. We hope for a satisfactory response soon to maintain your company's good reputation.
