Got an upgrade from small to compact SUV. Fantastic

Good value and app was helpful although took a little bit of time to set up.

The pick-up station was located conveniently within the Launceston Airport and the staff were very professional in helping me check out the car and in guiding me.

1) The car was different from what I chose and expected. 2) When I went to check in and pick up the car, the amount I needed to pay was higher than what was printed on the reservation email's receipt (after deduction of the child car seat). When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, she just asked me which agent company I used and told me to contact Zuzuche! She further told me that if I didn't pay the new amount, I could not take the car. It seemed like they could change the price at any time, regardless of the reservation details!

Picking up the car was convenient and returning it was quick. However, it took a while to find the car return area at Hobart Airport.

Besides the driver side, there were no floor mats on all other seats

The GPS rental was a bit high in view of Google maps and Waze availability as second options.

The service was excellent. I had originally booked a sedan, but when picking up the car, they upgraded it to an SUV.

It was good. Positive experience. Though I did receive a call to say I'd caused a window chip but this had been brought to my attention before I even saw the car. I did inform the staff it was in the condition report but it was stressful to receive a call without them checking their own report first. Otherwise it was not noteworthy.

Almost no queue, very good service

Very poor service, booked a Camry but got a Qashqai. The whole family and luggage were cramped together. Complained to the rental company, and they claimed it was an upgrade. This issue has never been resolved.
