現地での日本語サービスが最高でした。元々カウンター等での英語でのやり取りは問題なくできますが、疲れて現地に着いているので、何も考えずに現地スタッフに着いていくだけでレンタル手続きが出来、交渉もして頂け（途中でブースターシートを購入予定なので、最初の数日だけ借りたいと交渉）、本当に助かりました！！

車種は変わりましたが問題ありませんでした。

空港到着からレンタカーデスクまで、無料の案内サービスのコンシェルジュ方の手配を受けることができて大変よかったです！また希望したいです。

JEEPのSUVでお願いしましたが 同等クラスのFOORDでした 仕方ない事だと思いました 返却時にガソリンを 満タンにしないシステムも選ぶ事が出来て 手間がかからず良かったです

Extremely poor car rental company, 100% not recommended. Arrived 2 hours late due to my child's illness, despite it being a prepaid order with a no-show penalty of full payment. There was no reason for them not to hold the vehicle, especially since I called to inform them. When picking up the car, despite having the original car available, they insisted I pay $150 for an so-called upgrade. It's completely a scam. Waikiki's Hertz, Dollar, are the same company, and the service staff were very rude.

I reserved a Toyota Corolla but was given a Nissan instead. There was also an issue with the tires, so I couldn't drive the car back to the return point and got charged a large fee.

出発店舗までのシャトルバスが混んでいたので、徒歩で移動しました。 シャトルバス乗り場から、道路沿いに歩いて5分位で到着します。 事務所立地、貸出手続き時間、車のピックアップ場所、どれも便利でした。 その場でガソリン満タン返し不要のオプションを進められ、返却日に時間がなかったので申し込みました。 税金込みで約100ドルでした。

いくつかのサイトを比較しましたが、一番安かったので、利用しました。 申し込みの操作もわかりやすく、ストレスなく利用できました。 次回も利用したいです。

受付カウンターで車のランクアップと保険の追加を勧められた。 人数と全ての荷物を見せたが、予約している車は小さ過ぎると言われた。 私は問題ない事を知っていたので、ランクアップしなかった。 不要な追加料金を払わされそうになった。 とても不信感。 地下の車を受け取る所に行くと、男性スタッフ1人で受付と「あなたの車これです。」と説明をしていた。 車を受け取るまでに、30分以上もかかった。 多数の客も私と同じく怒っていた。 スタッフ不足だと思う。 次回はレンタカー会社をdollarにしません。

should warn that cannot pay at counter since if use own credit card to pay does not show rentedt car for insurnace purposes shows qeeq not dollar car ental charge and cannot pay drectly at counter like others ie priceline.

Generally good service at HNL airport. Car condition is overall good.
