I have the feeling that because I didn't accepted any extras, that I ended up with the worst of the worst available car, even it was inside the same category booked. There were other car brands/models available on the category I booked, but I ended up with the keys of an AWFULL Kia Soul.
Fortunately the lady in the garage allow me to choose another car from a lower category.
Overall, the service was pretty good, but the wait time to get the car when picking it up was too long, and the vehicle was different from the one booked. There was a need to wait for the originally reserved car, but they provided a better class car, which was nice. Returning the car was convenient and the release of the pre-authorization amount was quick. The customer service was very cooperative and responded to questions promptly.
Collection was over 1hr, and drop off was easy but I was overcharged for something I am now waiting to hear from. When collected car, was not clean inside, could do with a better clean next time .
This was a five-star car rental experience, and the entire process was very smooth. Firstly, the pricing on QEEQ was very competitive, covering rental fees and comprehensive insurance costs. I was given an electric vehicle, which was convenient since there was a ChargePoint charging station where I stayed in the US. Charging was easy and much cheaper than a gasoline car. Everything was very convenient, and the service was excellent.
Lamentable! Contraté un mistery car para ver como me podían sorprender como cliente y descubrí que es solo una manera de engañar a los clientes y hacerlos pagar más. En el mostrador te dicen que solo son electricos y te hacen pagar mas por uno a gasolina y además de tamaño mas grande. Me cargó todo en la tarjeta que en teoria era de garantía sin decirme los costos. Nunca más!

Two problems. 1. The pickup desk is understaffed during the busy hours of Sunday afternoon. Among all rental companies, Dollar had by far the longest line. It took me about 20 minutes to pick up the car.
2. Despite that I clearly told the staff that I decline any additional insurance as I got a third party insurance from Qeeq, the staff added an additional liability insurance which cost me $105. In these days, I don't see the contract on paper at the point of signing the digital monitor, so I overlooked the error until later. Now Dollar staff refused to refund the money.

I was wondering if Qeeq can resolve this matter. Despite that I clearly told the staff that I decline any additional insurance as I got a third party insurance from Qeeq, the staff added an additional liability insurance which cost me $105. I hope that Qeeq can take an action to reverse the charge and refund the money.
I booked a Jeep Compass from Dollar at Orlando Airport, but upon arrival, I was informed that the Jeep Compass was unavailable. They offered similar cars, but none had enough trunk space for our three pieces of luggage. We had no choice but to pay an extra $215 to upgrade to a higher class vehicle. The service attitude at Dollar was terrible, as if I owed them money. The next day, I received a notification from my credit card company showing a charge of $477, and I have no idea what it was for. Now that I'm back home, I contacted Zuzuche customer service. They were very polite and promised to follow up via email. However, it's been five days with no response, so I can only wait.
Estuve más de dos hora esperando en la fila para poder coger el carro y cuando fuimos no tenían ningún carro solo carros eléctricos que son na porquería porque en Orlando no hay muchos puestos eléctricos y hay que esperar más de 3 horas para que el carro cargue… mi experiencia estuvo fatal

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

Flight was delayed by 14 hours , Qeeq customer service responded to my email very quickly
Counter staff and staff in garage could have been friendlier. Tried to sell us prepayment for fuel. Told us fuel outside was over $5 per gallon which we knew was laughable and they were cheaper
