Excellent service

Had to wait a bit as there was another customer ahead of us in the queue when we were picking up the car but the staff were very courteous and tried hard to speed things up once it was our turn. The car was pretty new with around 5,000km on the clock so that was a nice surprise as we are used to getting older high mileage cars when we have opted for the fully insured package. Returning the car was a bit confusing but that was more the setup of the Koh Samui airport rather than National itself. Many thanks! P/S: the 10,000 Baht deposit taken on your credit card at the point of pick-up will take 2 weeks to be refunded so be aware that is the case!

Good experience with Easyrentcars.com. Did not really see the results from the price tracker but will try it next time.

Scam alert! Minor bumper scratch - 100 CNY fix in China, charged me over 8000 THB. Claimed there would be adjustments, total scam. Avoid this company!

Excellent service attitude. I booked a car delivery to the hotel, and even though there was a small hiccup, it was resolved immediately.

The store is right in the airport, making the return very convenient.

The return location closed early with no notification or warning, which didn't match the contract with the rental company. I had to drive to another place to return the car.
