The car was terrible an old extremly used Nissan Micra nothing close to what I got confirmed as car Renault C3. I was extremly dissapointed and angry as would have never rented the Nissan Micra then so old and used. It was very difficult and tireing to drive the car on long distances. The avis staff at the counter didnt tell me anything about the Deposit how much when it be returned.Neither explained where to pick it up from. He was so quick acting rude unfriendly and not helpful at all. Didnt want to help me get a car closer to what I reserved.The opposite he recommended the worse car Nissan Micra. I tried to contact you immediately to change the car but it was impossible as I couldnt get through on your phone contact.I tried it a few times the english number and german. It was renting cars a lot, the worst experience I had so far. Lets see if I get any reply from you to it.

Я очень недоволен AVIS и не думаю, что ещё когда-нибудь буду брать машину у них в аренду. 1. я забронировал машину за 2 дня до получения, но когда приехал 26.08.2019 из Тель-Авива в Тверию к назначенному времени, сначала ждал в очереди 30 минут, так как из большого количества сотрудников, только один занимался оформлением заказов 2. Моей машины не оказалось на месте, и мне ещё пришлось ждать около 1 - 1,5 часа, когда они решат проблему. 3. Машина была в ужасном состоянии, внутри салона были порванные сидения, пошарпанный пластик, оторванная слева защита от солнца. Механическая коробка передач также оставляла желать лучшего. 4. Я уже очень торопился, так как прождал около 2 часов, потом оказалось что в папку с информацией мне не положили мой экземпляр договора. 5. Когда сдавал машину также были проблемы, трудно было найти въезд на парковку, так как он был с другой стороны от офиса огромного здания в Ришон Ле Ционе, парковка была на крыше. После того как поставил машину, несмотря на то что я зашёл в офис и сказал что приехал перед этим, меня никто не ждал на парковке. Мне пришлось спуститься с крыши на первый этаж, найти сотрудника, а потом опять подняться наверх, чтобы он осмотрел автомобиль. 6. Все это заняло много времени, после осмотра мы вернулись на первый этаж, сотрудник увидел, что у меня все оплачено и отпустил меня, не выдав мне инвойс. 7. Прошло уже две недели с момента возврата автомобиля, но мой обеспечительный платеж в 3000 шекелей до сих пор не вернулся мне на карту. 8. При этом в AVIS сотрудники офиса Ришлн-Ле-Цион говорят, что уже 29.08. отменили операцию, но на карту мне деньги не вернулись. А в банке говорят, что вместо отмены списания от 26.08 в 3000 шекелей, AVIS ещё заблокировал одну сумму в 3000 шекелей. 8. Я приезжал в офис опять, чтобы получить документы, которые мне не дали, так как на почту и по факсу мне ничего не прислали, несмотря на то что обещали по телефону, когда я им звонил. 10. Чек отмены на 3000 шекелей мне не дают.

In contrast to other car rental agencies, AVIS still uses plenty of paper. This spends time at the counter (I waited 40 minutes at the counter, although I was second in the line) and is also less safe. For instance, instead of SMSing the immobilizer's code, they write it on a little piece of paper within the car itself, thus making the car more vulnerable to theft.

The lady at the rental counter was very impatient. There were various instructions on the desk, and she didn't bother to point them out. She didn't explain how to pick up the car, leaving us to figure it out ourselves.

The car AVIS provided was very different from the one I had reserved. The car was in poor condition overall. We were in a hurry to pick up the car and get on the road, so we didn't notice that the engine belt was very tight until after we started driving. On the highway, the car couldn’t reach a speed of 100 km/h. Because we were rushing, we didn’t ask for a replacement. Upon returning the car, they claimed that the jack in the trunk was missing. We explained that they didn’t thoroughly check the items on the checklist when we picked up the car, and they didn’t charge us extra. (Interestingly, we rented two cars, and though we saw the jack in the other car when returning it, it wasn’t there when they checked.) In the end, the issue was resolved smoothly. My friend rented a car through QEEQ later and after returning it at the airport, the rental company provided free transportation to the airport, which was a nice gesture since the return location was a bit far from the terminal.
