I specifically chose this company for the Mini Cooper model, but it turned out to just be a gimmick. They didn't inform me during the rental process that the car would be swapped for a different model. I only found out at pickup that it was replaced with a Peugeot 208. These two cars have a price gap of nearly 100,000 RMB, yet they insisted it's the same type of car. When I inquired with the staff at the pickup location, they said the company only owns one or two Mini Coopers, which had already been given to other customers. Furthermore, the car pickup location required taking a shuttle from where the rental process was handled. Even if I wanted to change or upgrade the car, it would waste precious travel time. If you're looking for a Mini Cooper or Countryman, avoid this company.

La única pega q pongo y q aún no he conseguido descifrar (por qué la factura q me han enviado está en inglés) es q una vez devuelto el vehículo y habiendo pagado un seguro a todo riesgo, habiendo dejado el depósito al mismo nivel q lo encontré , se me ha cobrado un gasto de 61€ q no se a q corresponde ... Además de no haber sido informada por el personal de q este gasto se iba a llevar a cabo

Wie bei jeder Buchung: QEEQ bietet nicht die Möglichkeit, die Mietdauer selbst zu verlängern. Im Falle einer Verlängerung muss man den Autovermieter direkt kontaktieren. Dies kann unter Umständen mühsam sein, da die Vorgehensweise bei jedem Autovermieter unterschiedlich ist.
After the car accident, both the car rental platform and the rental company shirked responsibility. I had no choice but to passively accept and bear the additional costs during the rental period. Both parties provided completely contradictory feedback, which is unacceptable. It has been two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
After the contract amount was confirmed, an extra charge of over 100 dollars was mysteriously deducted. Although the overcharge was refunded a few days later after I raised the issue with Zuzuche, the store never provided any explanation or apology. The experience was not great!
The overall service was poor. The reception staff had a bad attitude and did not explain things clearly. Despite having already purchased the supplementary insurance, the rental staff still forcibly tried to sell additional insurance, which was firmly declined. If the company cannot urgently improve the quality of its personnel, I suggest closing this branch. I travel abroad every year and often rent cars, but this was a bad experience. The service attitude of the ALAMO Zurich rental staff was extremely poor and impatient. They also insisted on pushing additional insurance (even though I had already purchased it when booking). The professionalism of the staff at this branch needs urgent improvement. If this reflects the general quality of staff here, I suggest shutting it down.
I wish they had a larger fleet of automatic vehicles.
Since I only drive automatic cars, I was given a very small car, which was not what I originally booked. Although it was considered an upgrade, it was really disappointing to receive a mini car instead of the SUV I had reserved.
