Extremely dissatisfied, it's a scam. They extort customers. Initially, they claimed there were two damages. After I found a pre-rental photo, the staff couldn't argue. Finally, they claimed there was a scratch in an unnoticeable area and charged me 4700 RMB. For such a small scratch, it would cost only 200-400 RMB in China, at most 800 RMB. Please be cautious and avoid renting cars here!
Service was average. I booked an Audi A4 automatic, but I was informed there were no cars available upon arrival. They replaced it with an Opel, which was quite ordinary. They charged 100 euros for cross-border fees even though the car was from Austria (we picked it up in Hungary) and most of our travel was in Austria. The rental company didn't negotiate; they just charged the 100 euros directly.
Very long queue, over half an hour. Finally got to the front only to be told there were no automatic cars available, had to accept a manual car from another brand.
In addition to credit and debit cards, you can now pay for online car rentals with cryptocurrency! Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are accepted. Curious about how long a Bitcoin transaction takes or how to pay with Bitcoin? Read our FAQs for more details.
