Counter help lady was very nice but there was a line of 10-12 customers and within minutes the 3 people at the counter went down to 1. Nothing is automated at Fox. don't care that they are the cheapest. There customer service is so bad, we will never use them again
The staff was friendly at check-out and helped me to get a more comfortable car for not much more money than I was originally paying, but they did not explain that the surcharge for having Fox Rent A Car fill the gas tank was 30% tax. The fuel was astronomically more expensive than if I had filled up the tank myself! And, when I dropped off the car, the lady who checked me out was not able to explain the details of my additional charges on my bill so she sent me over to another man at the check-out counter. He looked and acted very perturbed by everything I asked about, when trying to get clarification of the charges on my bill. I also had to fill out an incident report for a cracked windshield from a rock that flew up from another car. I wasn’t very happy to get a bill for almost $500 for a cracked windshield that I could not have prevented from happening.

The booking online was relatively easy, and I had no problems with the reservation when I arrived at Fox Rent A Car. However, I was charged a foreign transaction fee for booking through this site, so I don’t know if I’ll use EasyRentCars again due to the unexpected foreign transaction fee.
Email describing where shuttle at airport was located was totally wrong - tried to reach Fox but recording several times indicated that I would have to call back. Once found had to wait for shuttle to return because it was full - then there was at least 6 people standing. My reservation was for a 9:00 am flight. When I finally got to pickup location there was no cars and was told that it would be 1:00 before any cars would be available. I had this car booked for weeks - just bad business!
Very poor service. Didn’t provide a well maintained car. The wind shield was damaged and they never fixed it before giving for rental. People at the front desk in the evening shifts are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t have any manners. I will never go with Fox rentals in future.

I did not appreciate the fact that my flight was changed to an earlier flight and FOX rent a car had vehicles available for me to use but since it wasn’t my time for pick up (even though I previously advised of the change and that I would still be bringing the car back earlier then the pick up) that I was charge approximately another $100 for a vehicle because I booked through QEEQ.

I didn’t like how I was over charged because of booking through QEEQ by FOX because of the flight change. FOX could care less of helping to accommodate me since I booked through a third party.
We spent over an hour picking up the car and the staff at the counter were not only not very helpful but actually quite rude. The car was fine but we would NEVER rent from Fox again. They charged us a $1000 deposit for a $155 rental and it actually was charged to our credit card the day we picked up the car. We rent cars quite often and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had.

Renting from Easyrentcars was very easy and I appreciated that I was informed when there was a price drop.
One thing would definitely be the Customer service is so poor, after a 15-16hr flight/travel it would be really nice to be greeted with a smile, friendly or welcoming tone, like real basic customer service skills needs big improvements.
Also the first car (black Ford Explorer) they gave us had problems with the brakes we noticed on the 2&3rd day we had to return it, thankfully they were helpful in giving us another car to replace and worked perfect for us.

After researching so many different car rental booking places I was fixed and confident easyrentcars provided the most affordable rentals for the vehicles we were looking for.
This was a terrible experience I will never use this again. I rented a Ford Explorer for a ski trip be I needed four wheel drive and space for gear. When I got to fox they said they don’t have any 4X4 and gave me a minivan and the guy at Fox couldn’t have cared less about how that would effect the trip. We ended up having to pay to take a bus because nothing without four wheel drive is aloud up the roads when it snows.

Very disappointed with the car they offered. I rented thru you, a Rav 4 or Santa Fe. They offered ONLY a small Jeep which appeared to be like a compact or small SUV. Had to take a Mitsubishi Outlander at $655.00. Had no choice to go with another car rental company as I had to drive about 170 miles that day. Will never rent from Fox again as their inventory of cars is very limited. Is there anything you can do to get me a partial refund due to the much lesser amount I had agreed to with your company? I was supposed to pay Fox $465.49 for the Rav 4 or Santa Fe, but ended up paying $655.00 for the Mitsubishi Outlander, the only larger sized SUV than the small Jeep they offered.Not fair at all!

Do not try to force people to buy stuffs if they say no. Car about the condition of the car you are renting my car was totally a mess. Bumper falling down, a lot of marks on a car!

A mid size car is advertised as suitable for 4 pieces are large luggage. The car provided a Kia Soul can only take 1 large and one small piece if the back seat is occupied. For two people it was fine but should not be used in this category.
I also heard the check in clerk tell a client they did not have the seven seater booked available because “We do not have visibility of on line bookings through third party booking sites”. This is appalling and would make me think twice about using them again. The check out service is slow and inefficient. The clerk held on to my credit card and drivers licence for 20 minutes while going to find me the class of car booked. The car did go well and was good value but was full of marks and small dents

Easy to deal with. Price drop protector worked fine but th e difference should be refunded a lot earlier than after completion of the car hire
