The car had brake light warning that kept coming on. I called to inform and the guy quite angrily said it’s a new car. True but brake light warning is alarming. On returning the car I asked for an upgrade due to the HUGE inconvenience. He laughed at the idea. Then he gave me a car with zero gas in it. The guy was rude and dripping with bad attitude. Disgusting. I made him put it in writ hat I return the car empty. Overall a very disturbing experience.

Your company on the other hand is great. Used it in Zurich. NO PROBLEM.

This rental company is very professional and patient. Even though our flight was delayed, they drove to the airport to personally pick us up and take us to get the car!

All staff were in uniform and lookedprofessional. The way they work on the process was quite satisfying. Explained thoroughly and easy to understand. Among others, they had a good attitude toward customers. Compliments 1. They upgraded the vehicle from Golf to Octavia. What a nice surprise! 2. They gave us a ride to the nearby tram station afterwarda. How kind they were This is the company which knows about business and customer. I strongly recommend this company.

The green motion attendants sold us cross border insurance of 45 euros even though we did NOT cross the Bosnia border. When we tried to rectify the situation with Greem Motion, we were rudely dismissed and not refunded. Very disappointed.

I didn't get a car that I expected. They gave me some Peugeot 2.7 wrecked and in terrible condition. It was raining and windshield wipers cleaned just 50 % of driver side and 20 % of passenger side it was almost dangerous. On speed 120 km/h the car start to shake to much all 4 tires and the noise coming from trunk door was unbearable, it look like the open door. when I told all of these to the stuff on the returning day the guy answer me : well, it is moving up, that's what count. Car had 142 000 km. I would never recommend this rental car company.

The car wasn't new, but in good condition. No problems in my trip. Air condition was effective. The service of green motion was very kind and helpful. I drop off the car very late, before 10 p.m.

Except for picking up process at Zagreb airport, their services were fully satisfied like a Japan, including pre-informations before rent. Especially they provided me higher graded car than reserved. I'd like to utilize their service again in the future and strongly recommend.
