Very polite, but insists on adding extra services.

Gave my name, handed over my passport, driver's license, and the translated copy of the driver's license to the staff. The car rental process was completed very quickly.

First, they added many insurances without asking me and charged my card directly. After I insisted, they removed two items but left three. When I asked why the amount was different from the order, they said it was a deposit that would be refunded when the car was returned, which was not the case. Second, they tried to persuade me to upgrade the car I had booked. I reserved a Ford Fiesta, but when I arrived, they told me they only had a two-door car, smaller than a Mini Cooper, and suggested adding $10 a day for a bigger car. I refused, and in the end, they did give me a bigger car, a Nissan Sentra, saying it was a free upgrade. This is nonsense; the whole parking lot didn't even have two-door cars!

I will not rent from here again. It takes too long to pick up the car. It should not take 45 minute for a car that was already booked.
