Great, easy to find. Charging was really convenient abroad, just plug into a supercharger without needing an app. Settled everything in the end.

The service was terrible. They didn't allow an inspection before asking to sign the document.

Fast service

I have rented cars from Hertz in many places, but the experience at the Vancouver airport was quite poor. They kept pushing additional insurance even though I emphasized multiple times that I had already purchased full coverage. They insisted that towing fees were not included, and so on.

Simple procedures. The car they provided was a Nissan with only 2450 kilometers on it. Returning the car was just a check for any scratches and if the tank was full. Truly a big company.
