Front desk service was very poor. They tried to give me a car with a broken rearview mirror, then pushed a lower-quality Nissan. There were charges not mentioned by the car rental company, and contacting the rental customer service was difficult and unhelpful.
Unwilling to help, for example, no staff were willing to help install the baby seat. In the end, we had to ask the manager. Compared to the service from Hertz in Japan, it's far behind.
The service was good, but the car we picked up at the Vancouver airport location was a bit old. Later, when driving to Seattle, a thief shattered the car window. We contacted QEEQ customer service, and after they communicated with Hertz, we were told to go directly to the Seattle airport location to exchange for another car, which was in better condition than the original one. Even though it was already past midnight, the car exchange process went smoothly.
Overall, it was a good experience. The price was fair. We chose a smaller car, which was cheaper than our previous reservation.
