Friendly and convenient

The service staff kept trying to add extras even when I said no. She wasted half an hour. There were only Camaros, not Mustangs. It feels like they're taking advantage of Chinese customers. I won't choose ALAMO again.

There is a shuttle bus at the airport, and the staff are very friendly. Remember, returning the car within two hours after the scheduled time is not a problem. Returning the car is very simple; just drive into the yard. Although it’s a small company, it is worth recommending.

車引き渡し時にわかりましたが、追加保険がカバーされておらず、またガソリンも無料ではありませんでした。そのつもりで予約したのですが勘違いでしょうか？
