The experience was very disappointing. During pickup, the staff was unprofessional, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get the car. Additionally, due to the staff's unprofessionalism, the deposit was charged incorrectly twice. After the supervisor corrected it, 500 AUD was still charged twice, and only one amount has been refunded so far, leaving me worried about the other.

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.
