The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

The counter staff said they didn't have the model we had reserved in advance (Land Rover), but we saw our reserved model on site. Europcar insisted they couldn't find the keys for that car. Since we urgently needed a large SUV, we ended up with a Mitsubishi (a much cheaper model). A similar situation happened before in the USA, but Hertz there promptly gave us a replacement without any hassle.

The staff were enthusiastic and sincere, and the employees were patient. The car was in good and clean condition. However, there was a suspicion of double charging for the rental fee. I had already paid the full rental amount to Zuzuche, but when I collected the car at the counter, I was asked to swipe my card for the rental fee again. I thought it was a pre-authorization, but the bank statement showed it as an overseas transaction, which was perplexing and worrying. I had to check with the bank after returning to verify if there were double charges, which was quite troublesome.

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks
