Overall review of car rental experience with Easyrentcars

The same car category tends to offer the lowest price models first. They recommend paid upgrades and insurance, but provide little explanation and aren't very enthusiastic. Poor service attitude, and the pre-authorization amount on the credit card is higher than stated in the contract without informing the customer.

Picked up the car at Vancouver Airport, the process was organized and efficient.

It's okay. Everything went smoothly. Nothing worth mentioning. But it's unclear how the toll charges are calculated, maybe there will be a bill later?

Quite good, but there were too many people in line that morning.
