Would use again!

Terrible service. My flight was delayed by an hour and they canceled my fully paid reservation without a reason, and refused to give a refund afterward. It seems like blatant robbery of the rental fee!

It was a local small company, the rental process was quite complicated, but the service was okay. The signs and parking spots were average, just the price was low.

Car was very dirty on exterior. Employees did not have time to clean it up since demand is too high. Not their fault.

We had a flat tire and had to make calls to four different agencies, starting with the rental site in Glasgow, before we got a new tire. It would have been much easier and faster if a spare tire was in the car. The kind gentleman who finally brought us a new tire said it was a frequent issue with rental cars.

Booked a compact car fiat 500 but was told at the desk on arrival that there were no cars available. We were offered a vw van instead which was fine as we were only using the vehicle to get to a family function.
