Advice to improve.
Remarks upfront in details that there is a 10,000baht deposit (cash or card) to be paid during car collection.
Faster car return progress. Called before 5 mins to return the car but staff only show up 20 mins later.
This is the third time renting from this company. I arrived at 4 a.m., called them, and someone came right away to complete the paperwork. Picked up the car from the parking lot across the street, and for returning, I just went to the arrival level to find a staff member. Even though there was a language barrier, there were no issues and the process was very fast.
Upon exiting the airport, I saw a row of rental counters, just as QEEQ had informed us in advance, so it was easy to find National. The procedure was very quick.
The staff at the desk in Phuket airport were efficient. The only problem I had was where in the car park Iwas supposed to meet their guy to hand the car over. A similar problem occurred when dropping the car off. The collection and return was the only problem that I had with National. The car was just what I expected.
