Waited in line for 2 hours on collection (despite arriving 30 mins early).

By high standards, the service is very average, but since Sixt, Enterprise, and Hertz are expensive, I chose this company for its lower price.

The Green Motion staff at Edinburgh Waverley were friendly & competent. We got our car quickly and efficiently. (Pick-up location could be described better. Took a few minutes to find.)

I'm a first-time user of Qeeq, and was pleasantly surprised that everything worked out with no issues.

Very slow to be served. Not well staffed. The customer in front of me at pick up and drop off each time did not receive the car they had booked. Will not use again.

Customer service was terrible. No apologies given for time waiting on both pick-up and drop-off. They didn't apology for the inconvenience of there being different information on documents. And no apology for missing my ferry. There were four other people in the are with the exact same problem. All British with no passport on them, but told different things.

The deposit hasn't been returned to my credit card after 3 weeks.
